We always welcome feedback from our customers, and whilst we always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your experience as a customer of MB Elite Occasions is a positive one, we nevertheless want to hear from you if you have any cause for complaint or concern. How we use your Personal Information (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR))
At MB Elite Occasions we want to reassure you that we use your personal information both responsibly and securely to provide you with the best possible service. MB Elite Occasions(“we”) is the "data controller" of your information. We process one set of information about you, “Personal Information” (your name, address of event and contact details). We’ll use your information: (i) as necessary to fulfil our contract with you; (ii) for our legitimate interests by post, and/or telephone, email and/or other electronic messaging services, in reference to this Booking Invoice.
Where applicable we requires a Damage Holding Fee deposit to be paid for Equipment Rental, together with the Equipment Rental deposit. We retains the right to cancel a booking if the final balance is not paid at the day before the event date stated in the invoice.
The deposit paid will not be refunded. retains the right to refuse to honour a booking if having arrived it is found that the event type and amount of people present is beyond the stated expected capacity or the required space to set up and operate the equipment safely is not fit for purpose (require 3 x 3 metres of space). No monies paid will be refunded.
We retains the right to refuse any guests use of the equipment if it is judged by onsite staff that there is potentially a risk of injury i.e if guests are considered to be too intoxicated to safely use the equipment may cause harm to themselves or to others. No monies paid will be refunded.
We retains the right to pack up the Equipment and leave the event if they feel unsafe for their well being or are concerned about the safety of the Equipment. No monies paid will be refunded.
Should the location of the event change, please let us know at least 2 days prior to
the date of the event. There may be an additional charge to cover the new travel
costs.
All monies paid to us must be paid through BACS, Card or Cash,
with the final balance fee due one DAY before the event.
staff will not accept cash on the day of the event unless otherwise stated in advance.
